Can I try BugSense before I buy it?: Everyone can try BugSense for Free for 15 days. If you don't upgrade your account when your trial ends, your account will downgrade to a FREE account. It's yours to keep forever,with our compliments*. Track bugs from development to production and stay on top of your game. Upgrade anytime to get even more features.
* To keep prices low for all of our users, accounts with usage more than 5x quota will be suspended.
Does BugSense consume a lot of resources?: No. BugSense installs a special exception handler that consumes almost no resources at all. BugSense sends small packets (each one varying from 256 Bytes to 1-2 Kilobytes approximately) over the network in burst mode when necessary. Memory usage rarely tops 0.5 MB and CPU usage is negligible since no polling takes place. There are practically no storage requirements and battery usage is minimal as it occurs only when data is sent over the network.
How do I install BugSense in my app?: It is pretty simple, download the BugSense plugin, import it into your project and add 1 line of code. Read the docs to get all the details.
Is the Enterprise plan right for me?: The Enterprise plan is designed for demanding companies and developers with vibrant, active mobile app strategies, high volume apps, or a need for custom features, data or data analysis. You can choose the level of the Enterprise solution that suits you best, starting from the Premium, which offers 500.000 quota, 90-days retention and priority support. How do I upgrade?: You can upgrade anytime by clicking the 'Upgrade' button on your account page.
What if I upgrade in the middle of the month?: Your upgrade will be effective immediately,and if your previous plan was a paid one, you will will receive a pro-rate credit for the days you didn't use!
What if I downgrade in the middle of the month?: We don't want you to lose any of the great features you have paid for so the downgrade will be effective at the end of your billing cycle. Until then you can still enjoy your current plan!
What if I want to cancel my service?: No problem. If you decide BugSense doesn't suit you, simply cancel your subscription before the next billing period.
How easy is it to remove BugSense from my application?: Very easy. Simply remove our plugin from your application and delete the line that imports it. But we really think you don't want to...
